Another three-month project! We thought this was going to be a little faster, but: Nope!!!

Michael spent a very long time looking for the perfect case, and although I liked several of his choices, the TEAC Reel to Reel Player was an amazing choice that allowed for several cool crossover features.

This was probably the most complicated and most difficult build we have ever done because we wanted to be able to make the TEAC controls and gauges work with the PC.

Build highlights include: The TEAC Power button turns the PC on and off, the TEAC volume gauges show the actual volume levels of the PC, the TEAC headphone jack works, the reels can be turned on and off, and the reel speed can be controlled by a knob. All of the cables exit the back of the PC in one giant bundle to maintain the vibe of the TEAC.

What I am most proud of is that the temperatures are absolutely great for a 13900K and a 4080 Founders. The dual Phantek T30s on the back and clever airflow inside the case worked much better than expected. The PC is cool and quiet, as well as being fast and upgradable. The entire inner core can be removed in about ten minutes, and all the parts can be replaced with off-the-shelf parts. The entire motherboard, CPU, RAM, and SSD can all be upgraded as long as the new motherboard is ITX form factor.
