I recently decided that I wanted to put together a PC for home use and a little gaming. I had put a PC together when I was a kid, but it had been a long time and I didn't feel 100% confident taking on the project by myself. Carlsbad Gaming PC's Computer Camp service was just what I was looking for! I was able to run the parts I wanted by Mark and even get some of the things that I had wanted directly from them at a good price. Technician Gray was a great teacher, and I could tell he has been working on and tinkering with electronics for a very long time. The PC we built was not just thrown together ASAP, the parts and build process were well thought out based on knowledge and experience. If you're looking for a new gaming PC, LOOK NO FURTHER!! I needed an upgrade from my 8 year old dinosaur of a computer, but I already knew a store bought PC would be WAY too expensive for the low quality parts that big box stores glue them together with.. I had no idea how to put anything together myself, so my best bet was looking for an expert. I did some researching for someone local to help me out and I found Mark & Gray. I gave Mark a text and he made talking about this stuff a breeze! He made it easy to compare parts and find what would work best with how I use it and within my budget. They were even able to put together a smaller budget gaming PC for my dad. Both of the computers they built for me came out AMAZING! When I arrived at their shop to pick them up, I met Gray. He showed me all of their other builds and they were unbelievable!! They take serious pride in their work, no doubt they will apply that same pride to your next build as they did with mine.

Brian was fantastic, I had an issue with a custom built gaming PC that I am pretty sure I already knew what was wrong… Obviously you’re hesitant to bring it to a shop when you build your own PCs for fear of being sold something you didn’t need. I was short on time and needed to get to work so I didn’t have time to mess with the PC much, and needed it operational for a call the next day so I took it in… Brian diagnosed, confirmed my suspicion, replaced the bad component and fresh installed windows for me all in the same day! His professional attention to detail was exceptional, and Mike was kind enough to hand wash my filters to clean out all the dust. These guys rock, and they’ve earned a customer from me moving forward!

Wow what a great professional build. My computer was no longer meeting minimum requirements on the new games. After looking around a little bit I visited carlsbad gaming and talked to Gray. I decided this was the place. After talking to mark on the phone for quite a while, going over what my build should be, he started the build. I had a great experience.
